not emulating Apple II video at all, well except for maybe the rev. 0 Apple II.

I'm going to try out the table approach, using my current code for now.
When it's working I'll get back to you about improvements in the DSP code.


The saturation is too low on the real //e monitor.

That's how I actually use it. When it's brighter text is so unpleasant
to look at (in graphics mode).
