Sort of.  The programming examples will be using GSoft BASIC commands
but the text is teaching basic (excuse the pun) programming skills.

The Byte Works has Learn to Program books for both Pascal and C as
well.  If you are interested in learning how to write Apple IIgs
native applications, they also have Toolbox Programming books for
Pascal and C and I believe one for GSoft might be coming.
