I reply:

I have this 'so-called' version 10 and I can assure you it's not a REAL or
official version of Copy II Plus for the Apple II models.  It's just a hack of
v9.1 which was the last official and real version of Copy II Plus released for
the Apple II models from Central Point Software.

I hope that answers your question on the last REAL and OFFICIAL version of Copy
II Plus for the Apple II models.
