Also, be sure you select the correct keyboard and clock driver.  Do NOT rely
on the 'Auto Select' option (or whatever it is called) for the keyboard
and clock.  I have had trouble with dropped chars and Intrec support clued
me in on specifying all the correct settings for install and not relying
on the Autoselect options - cured dropped char problems.  (Except for
dropped chars associated with Appletalk.)
