ADB port -Please Help!!

I have a powerbook 3400 and I use an external keyboard and mouse.  The
other day the computer crashed and now none of my externalADB devices
will work.  Everything else works fine.  The only key on the external
keyboard which works(when plugged in) is the power key.  I've tried the
devices separately and tried zapping PRAM and booting from CD.  Nothing
works.  I'm wondering if the ADB port can be replace by itself and about
how much it might cost.  Or is there something else I'm missing?
