Booting GS/OS from the GS Ramdisk?

How can it be done, if it can?
I tried the things I'd do to make a RAMdisk bootable on a mac, but it just
beeps at me and says 'check startup device'. All the files are still there
on RAM5 when I boot GSOS from a disk though. I'm using an AE GS ram card.
don't remember the exact name this minute, except that it's similar to the
Apple IIgs ram expander except that it has 3 rows of chips instead of 2.
