I can't speak for the GS-RAM Plus but I do own a Sirius RAM card. I have
no 
complaints except for the size of the card. I found that to have my card 
function properly in a ROM 3 I had to have the 8th  SIMM installed.

I have several 4 meg cards kicking around as well as the Sirius and 
except the rare time when I use 8 megs, I couldn't tell one from the
next 
without counting the megs or pulling the cover.
