IIGS: no work --- all white screen

	I acquired a IIgs CPU that looks clean physically, but it wont
work.  The monochrome screen (composite input) just looks blank/white in
the square center.  Changing the power supply makes no difference.  I
cannot even get the self-test to work.  No response to the keyboard.

	Any suggestions to trouble-shoot it?  It looks like a ROM 1
motherboarrd, with the soldered-on clock battery.   Thanks, Steve Buggie
