Be careful how you word what kind of people do this sort of junk.  A
"hacker" in the traditional sense is someone to be revered in the
computer field.  The reason is their purpose is not to destroy or spray
paint all over the place, but to get into unreachable systems.  A
"hacker" would never resort to smearing filth all over a newsgroup.
They have more class than that.
