Yes... It's for an Apple II all right.. It belongs with the Gibson Light
Pen... It consisted of a slot lenght interface card that was interestingly
enough encased in plastic box that left just the fingers exposed. Out of the
top back edge of the card was a wire about 3 feet long and on the end of that
wire was somthing that resembled a pen.. I believe it came with some simple
drawing software as well, in fact that disk you have may have been it.
I've been lurking long enough guess it's time to throw my 2 cents in.
