When you say "standard 16 color 320 x 200 graphics", do you mean to
use the standard 16 colour palette of the 320 mode screen or do we let
the conversion program just pick the closests colours it can?
This is important as I was going to try it with SuperConvert v4 and it
does differentiate between default colour palette, closest match,
pattern dither, grayscale and stuff.
