Okay, Sheppy's Clipboard (I have it myself, disabled) is an external
clipboard that works just like the System's internal one.  The purpose
is so you have a clipboard available under programs that do NOT have
clipboard access of their own but DO allow the use of NDAs.  (Don't ask
me to name any, they must exist...)
