If you are running a recent copy of MacOS, you can install
a Control Panel called PC Exchange and set it to read and
write ProDOS disks.

The Apple IIc's System Utilities can copy files off your
5.25" disks to the 3.5" drive.

There are also Apple II programs that let you read HFS
disks (800k type) generated by your Mac on your IIc.
