Tool 69 was (I think - but, not really sure) an unofficial tool used with a
series of Musik 3.5 disks that played special digitized music files on the
'Musik' disks released in the late 80's from some French programmers.  It's
available on any of the Musik disks, which cn be found on some of the BBS' (or
so I've been told.  Some of them are archived on Ground (not really sure - just
where) and also on the ACN ftp site (also not sure just where - try looking in
the Music and Sound folder)  The tool 69 really serves no function (that I'm
aware of) unless you are running the P16 application program for the special
digitized music files with the 'Musik' series disks and some other DEMO IIgs
disks that require the tool 69 to be present for the program/applications -
using tool 69 - to launch and function.

Perhaps the Brutal Deluxe software developers could give you more information
on tool 69.
I think the Musik disk series are included on their CD titled 'DeluxeWare -
Janvier 1996'.
