AWGS etc. to Windows PC
Hey, I just did it and it really works!
The way to get AWGS page layout, paint/draw, etc.
documents over to a Windows PC (and also probably
a Mac) is to use the GS/OS LaserWriter driver's print
to disk function to save a copy of the file as PostScript
(PS) file. After you get the PS file over to the
Windows PC, you can easily load it up in a program
such as Corel Draw.
Try it! It really opens right up. You can even choose
to keep text as text rather than changing them to
draw curves.
In AWGS page layout documents, the graphics stay
as graphics and the text can (if you choose to import
text as text) and the layout stays intact.
