The Franklin 2000, 2100 and 2200 are more IIe clones than IIc.
In other words, they're not meant as portables and they have two internal
slots for cards. Add a mouse and a hard drive and you're filled, unless you
can track down the external expansion module.
The manual describes them as equivalents to the IIe and IIc, but I believe
that that has more to do with computing power (128K, 80 column and Double HiRes
displays).
The internal 5.25" drives are nice in the ability to write to extra tracks,
but the processor is a less exact copy of the IIe than the Franklin Ace 1000
was of the Apple II+.
