IIgs cpu: RGB ok -- no composite video output

	I got a IIgs that PASSES the internal self-test.  The only fault
is that the composite video (RCA socket) gives no output.  The RGB db-15
output is perfect (Thank goodness!).    

Any suggestions for trouble-shoting the composit video output????  Steve
