AppleWorks DB label format

I want to print an AW DB file using Labels, Labels, Labels.

I can't remember anymore how to creat the DB label format that LLL
needs.

I open the AW DB file. Then I hit Open Apple P, then I select new labels
format, then I go to print that as an ASCII file.

Then I save the DB file.

But LLL sees nothing there.
