I'm using Netscape 3.01 and find that it's necessary to hold down the
shift
key while clicking on the link to download the file.  My browser doesn't
automatically recognize that .BXY is a binary file extension; if I click
on the
link without shifting, it tries to read and display the file as text.

I believe that Internet Explorer recognizes .BXY as binary and does the
right thing.
