I don't have any experience with this combination, but I would not
expect any problems, ASSUMING that the Focus card does not use DMA.

You cannot use a DMA device at all (or must disable its DMA
capabilities) if you have an accelerator in a IIe, since none of the IIe
accelerators can handle DMA.

(Both the IIgs accelerators work fine with DMA in general, but there
might be combatibility problems with some combinations of cards.)
