     When accelerator plus hard disk compatibility problems crop up, it
usually seems to involve a SCSI interface. I would not expect a problem
adding a Focus card IDE drive; but, then, my only experience in
installing a hard disk on an Apple II equipped with an accelerator is
with a IIgs plus ZipGSx.

     Perhaps someone else here has direct experience and will supply the
information. One other idea would be to ask for Tony Diaz when you call
Alltech to order the Focus. He should be able to answer your question.
