I read both comments ---- thanks. Sounds like a consensus of opinion
exists FAVORING a mechanical strengthening of the weak ADB sockets.
The adhesive caulk I propose to use is the clear flexible stuff I put on
the IIe/IIgs power plugs that are fitted on "Bugg-Power." This stuff (Red
Devil 35-year clear acrylic caulk) is strong, non-conductive, adhesive,
and slightly flexible. The slight flexibility _might_ be better than
epoxy because epoxy is rigid and inflexible.
Any further opinions? I want to use the best stuff the first time,
because even with a Dremel tool, removing the stuff could be difficult...
