Mouse does not work...

I am trying to run a  IIgs game I got at a thrift shop.  It is Tunnels
of Armageddon.  The problem is that after I go through the initial
setup, using the color wheel to get past the copy protection, the mouse
refuses to respond.  The weird part is the mouse just seconds before
worked in the copy protection.  It also works in GS/OS.  The only thing
I can think is that the mouse is running on a mouse card.  I do not have
an ADB mouse.  If I can find an ADB mouse I will try it, but I was
wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
