Kegs32 doesn't emulate an ethernet connection AFAIK, but you could
*try* it with a serial connection - I suspect you will find this less
than satisfactory however.

Your best bet would be to try out GSPort (which is an open source
continuation of Kegs):
http://gsport.sourceforge.net/

GSport *does* support an emulated ethernet connection amongst other
cool enhancements. Its also being actively developed, so there is the
greater potential for bugs to be fixed (and created :-) ) and
enhancements to be made.
