Yes.  And I do mean a "PC".  It is a clone of an IBM XT (1983 era PC),
using an NEC V30 processor running at about 7.5 MHz, with a maximum of
640K of usable RAM on the PC side.

The V30 is somewhat faster than an 8088 or 8086, so for CPU activities,
the PC Transporter runs about three times the speed of the original IBM
PC or PC/XT.  It is not as fast as an AT.  An 8087 maths coprocessor is
optional.

Video is CGA, so the best resolution is 640x200 in two colours (white
and any of fifteen others); the other option is four colour 320x200 mode
(black/white/cyan/magenta or black/white/green/brown).

It uses peripherals on the Apple side, including disk drives (the "hard
drive" is mapped into one or more files on a ProDOS hard drive or
floppy).
