If it is a IIgs memory expansion card designed for the IIgs memory
expansion slot, then the answer is NO.  It won't even fit in a ][e.

Apple also produced an "any slot" memory expansion card, also 1Mb, I
think, and that one WILL work in the ][e.  AppleWorks will use it for
desktop expansion; ProDOS and DOS 3.3 can use it as a RAM disk.
