Speaking of early Disk II cards, I would be interested in a
dump (or, better, a disassembly, though I could easily make one 
from the dump) of the 13-sector PROM containing BOOT0. This
data cannot be found anywhere in my reference materials or
on the Web, it seems.

For bonus points, also dump the other PROM, the one which is
not connected to the address and data buses.
