Current IIGS CD-ROM driver for the HS SCSI card from Apple
does not support write at all. One CAN be written, though.
Also, the current driver does not support multi-session. Again,
a driver can be written.
It should be more than fast enough for 1x or 2x. My 1GB IBM
SCSI hard drive gets 1:1 interleave.
