Program to Catalog PASCAL disks?

Hi,

I don't have PASCAL, but I want to read what I think is a Pascal disk.

Copy II+ doesn't choke real bad on this disk (grrrrrrrrrrrr  grrrrrrrrrr
grrrrrrrr) like blank or damaged disks do.  It reports "disk not PRODOS
or 3.3 format"

Is there any sort of universal Cataloging program?

How about a program to make a disk image of a 5 1/4 disk?  DSK2FILE
works.  Any others?
