Have you read the new Transwarp GS Mods section on Tony Diaz's website
yet? If not, I'd highly recommend it. According to the site, the GAL
updates where made to address flaws in the old style 65816 CPUs while
running at higher speeds. Now that the 65816 has been redesigned, we no
longer need the updated GALs for high speed operation. A ROM upgrade may
be neccessay though. Although they're unlisted the latest revision ROM
may be purchase from SHH Systems in Germany. They sell TWGS 32k cache
daughter boards as well. Their URL is
