The sale value could vary quite a lot. That it is in "mint
condition" could make it attractive to some collector; but, as with
Beanie Babies and base ball cards, finding the right buyer is not always
so easy.
Besides, you did specify "street value". The 'street' is kind of
rough on old computer sellers. One major, somewhat odd, barrier is that
many possible buyers resist spending more than $30-$40 for _any_ old
system. Yet, they will often spend $20-$25 for a bare box computer,
$10-$15 for a good 5.25" drive, and $30-$40 for a good composite color
monitor!
Another big factor is how long you're willing to hang out on the
street. If you have a few months, you can get better prices for your
stuff.
My estimate for a mint II+ with one drive and a good color monitor
(and not asking about any possible plug-ins) is about $50 to move the
item in a reasonable time. With a monochrome monitor, this drops to
$30-- in fact, a seller would probably be better off offering the system
with no monitor than with a monochrome monitor.
