It's got a ROM chip, 6 (?Cache RAM?) chips, and 1 mystery chip.  The board is
larger than a normal 8k Cache board, and larger than the 32kCache board.

It looks like it has Applied Engineering's ROM version sticker on the ROM
chip.

Can a 1.8 ROM handle 64k of cache RAM?  Was this an Applied Engineering
product, or did someone design the 64k cache themselves?
