Deaf-Ware II - need help obtaining this software

I received the following request for help in an email today.

"Our daughter uses an old Apple II+ with an AppleCat II modem running Deaf-Ware
II as a TTY to communicate with other deaf persons.  Recently our only copy of
Deaf-Ware II crashed.  She is heart broken and a more modern TTY is too
expensive.  Could you please help us find another copy?"

copy of the Deaf-Ware II disk, so I can send it to this person, PLEASE send it
