I have no idea where you might be able to buy one of the cables you
want, but I could provide you with the pinout for it so you could get
one made by a custom cable assembler, or you could do it yourself if you
know how to use a soldering iron.

Fine, but the IIc and IIc+ have different serial connectors, so this
won't work in Mark's case (he would just have to get an even rarer
adaptor to connect the SE/IW1 cable to the IIc).
The IIc uses a DIN-5 connector, while the Mac, IIc+ and IIgs use a
Mini-Din-8.
