Yes, all you need is a mini-DIN 8 cable between the Mac and the IIgs.
Install System 7.5.x or higher along with Printer Sharing on the mac.
This will allow you to share the SW1200 on AppleTalk.  However, I
dunno if there is any software on the IIgs that will allow you to
print on the SW1200.  I might be wrong on that point.
