The Titan accelerator came with a disk. I believe it was a preboot disk. I
don't know if it had other stuff on it. I have the disk packed away in
storage but since I don't have the accelerator I never really examined the
disk.

The Transwarp doesn't require any special software to use. It's pretty
transparent. If you install it in an unenhanced IIe, you might notice that
the accelerator uses a 65C02. One nice thing about it is it works in slot
3.
