Does anybody know how to get to this anymore? The page used to be located at
http://jldh449-1.intmed.mcw.edu/a2pa.html, and it had all sorts of old
development tools for the Apple II. The URL doesn't seem to respond any more.
Any pointers to its location, or how to contact the maintainer would be
appreciated.
