Cash for madden wheel,cracked dsk

Hi,

Does anyone have a copyright protection number wheel thing, that came with
the apple John Madden Football. I have the real game,
and made dsk images for applewin, But I dont have the code wheel,
I am looking for a cracked dsk file, the wheel itself, or a copy of the
wheel,  Will swap, or give a cash bonus for it,  It is a matter of pride ,
with an old friend, an unfinished season, that I was going to win, Now I
want to finish it with him   ANY HELP.....
