Apple Super serial card II

Hey folks!

I have an apple IIe with the speeddemon card (and a whopping 512K ram).
I also have a PC, applewin, a null modem cable and am desperate to get
the disks over to my pc.

I have ADT for my computer, but alas, I don't have the DIP switch
settings for the serial card.

It is an Apple super serial II card-  Apple part # 670-8020-A.  I
contacted Apple Corp, and their databases don't go back that far.  Does
ANYBODY have the DIP switch settings for this card??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
