Firstly, why would anyone consider something that is not available in
the first place: under "Quantity Available", the value next to it is 0
(zero, zilch, nada!).

Secondly, it is written on that page that "If we say the item works,
then it was tested to the best of our ability". Does this apply even
if they haven't described what the card actually is? How can one be
assured that the card is tested to actually work, when there is no
description as to what the function of the card actually is?

Not nitpicking, but I do find these kinds of things humerous at times!
