Ok...actually, upon looking at the plug more closely (should remember to
make observations during the day rather than late at night) the plug
actually doesn't have that middle row of holes. I mean, it does, but
they're not going through to the bottom (only the top and bottom holes
are) guess it's just some strange little holes there for no good reason.
so it's a 14-pin connector, two rows of 7...at J6.
As for the version, it's the 1988 rev E...if that means anything (was
there newer ones than it?)
