LodeRunner Help

Hi, all.  I need some help with LodeRunner.

I've been playing it with my son; he likes it a lot.  I haven't
played it for a while, and rather than setting up my Apple II, I
just downloaded it from asimov and play it on an emulator.

It seems different though, and I can't figure out how to get to
different levels.  What I mean is, I seem to recall getting a
splash screen, then pressing a Ctrl key and picking the level I
wanted to play (I seem to recall a way to edit levels like this,
too).  But I either can't remember the Ctrl key, or when I'm
supposed to press it, or this version of LodeRunner is different
than the one I have on floppy (and I do know there's a difference
between LodeRunner and Championship LodeRunner).

Can anyone tell me what the keys are for LodeRunner and when they
are used?  Thanks in advance.
