Yup.  Luckily, you don't need one.  The PCT is designed to
emulate IBM keyboard functions using the ADB keyboard.
If you had an extended keyboard, the PCT will map the
function keys, etc., perfectly.  Otherwise, you hold down
the option key while pressing the numbers to designate the
function keys.  The Apple key doubles as the Alt key.

Basically, things are going to get kinda funny unless you
have an extended ADB keyboard, but it IS workable with
the standard ADB keyboard.  The PCT's control panel
contains a graphic of the mapped IBM keyboard functions
to the key combinations of the Apple IIGS ADB keyboard.

J6, if I recall, is pretty easy.  The CGA cable was a
straight through cable.
