Greg, as of about a month ago the Shiva web site had tech docs
describing the resetting of the FastPath 4 and 5. You have to
use the 'search' feature on the Shiva home page and search for
the term 'fastpath'. A list of tech docs will come up and you
should find one describing the reset procedure.

If you have trouble I have the docs printed out and laying
around here somewhere. (Right now, you're better off trying
the web site. I've been doing some extensive file organizing
and things aren't fuly organized yet!)
