if you want to take it LITERALLY, yes.  the //c+ hasn't been made for
several years.

HOWEVER, most Macintrash sales people aren't aware that the Mac cables
will generally work just fine with some of the Apple II series machines
(like the //gs, //c, //c+ ...)

it's almost like going to Radio Shack...  you KNOW they don't know what
they're talking about, so you go there for the entertainment value.  ;)
