Nope. The IIc and Mac have different serial connectors. The IIc uses a
DIN-5, while the Mac uses a Mini-Din-8 for the Mac Plus or later, or
DE-9 female (not compatible with the PC's pinout) for the Mac 128K, 512K
and 512KE.
You might be thinking of the IIc+, which has a Mini-Din-8 connector. It
is not fully compatible with the Mac/IIgs connector (it is RS-232
instead of 422/423, and is missing the extra flow control and clock
input options), but is close enough for most tasks.
