[NEWS] Treasure Chest Project

The Treasure Chest Project is currently under going revamp behind the
scenes. The target is 1st Jan 1999 (possibly earlier), work is now
standing at 40% completed.

    * Disk images archived with ShrinkIt, and encapsulated in Binary II.

    * Possible new mirror site & anonymous FTP site.
    * New additional titles
    * Still LYNX-friendly !!!
