Meg-80Z card?

I just got a platinum IIe and I discovered that it has this card in its
auxiliary slot.  It is obviously a 1 megabyte RAM card, but I'm not sure
what the 'Z' is supposed to stand for.  It uses ZIL RAM, so it might
just be that.

Does anyone have any technical information on this card, or even know
what it is compatible with, e.g. the RamWorks?
