Identical setup as mine.

My serial number is E00207ZA2S2128E if that helps.  The chips have
8931, 8932, 8934 and 8942 dates on them.

Mine says 'Assembled In Singapore 9002'.  It was pretty hard to see - it
was over at the far right hand side of the board and was partially hidden
by a chip.
