New IIGS User would like Help!!

Hello fellow GS users,

I have had the good fortune to aquire a Apple IIGS with RGB monitor and a 3
1/2 disk drive and a 5 1/4 disk drive.
My problem is I have no software what so ever  with this machine!!! it
powers up and the screen comes on with a little thing racing back and forth
on a line (waiting for a system disk I guess) My problem is I only have a PC
connected to the net so how can I produce system disks from the apple
download site so that the GS can read them? All help is very welcome as I
remember being in awe of this machine many years ago and cant wait to play
on it again and explore.
